We are the middle school robotics team of the “Samuel von Brukenthal” National
College. Our team was founded in 2020.
Since then, new members have joined the team, and our passion for robotics has
grown even stronger. We are a team of students passionate about robotics,
programming, and engineering.
We always strive to learn new things and challenge our skills by participating
in robotics competitions.
As part of the ROBOSCHOOLS project, our team visits or is visited by students from schools across Sibiu, introducing them to the fascinating world of robotics and the FIRST values. We teach them how to code and build robots, encourage teamwork, and challenge them with fun quizzes that spark creativity and problem-solving.
Explore NowAs part of the Children for Children project, our team joins charity events that have become a beloved school tradition. All money raised from sales is donated to help others. We enjoy these events, where we sell 3D-printed decorations, keychains, and even offer a chance to play football with robots, bringing fun and purpose together.
Explore NowEvery year, we take part in the FIRST LEGO League Challenge, where we must create an innovation project. This project presents an original idea that helps improve the world within the season’s theme. In recent years, Gear Maniacs Junior has started developing apps and websites for these projects, which we proudly publish and share with everyone.
